Release Your Inner Awesome at Sole Girls YYC!

Sole Girls YYC is an empowerment program that combines a safe, inclusive environment with fun physical activity, discussion and mentorship to provide girls with tools to live a confident and healthy life. Using fun physical activity, girls are empowered with tools to develop healthy ideas about body image, media, healthy living and positive self esteem. They will discover their inner awesome, learn how to be a positive peer, make new friends and goal set as part of an active lifestyle. During the Sole Girls 8 week program, girls prepare mentally and physically to complete a 5km fun run with the support of their Sole Girls group and other Sole Girls from around the city.

Beginning January 31st, Sole Girls YYC is offering an 8 week program for girls ages 8 – 12. Girls will meet Thursdays at 4:30-6:00pm through March 21st.

Sole Girls YYC offers Weekly Sessions, Camps and Workshops for girls ages 6-12, Training Programs for adult and youth leaders and fun active events for the family.
