DESCRIPTION:Installation is now underway! We need community hands to install the following componenets of the project:\nIrrigation\n– Installing water tanks – foundations, connecting diverting systems to downspouts, spigots, pumps\n– Digging water basins\nRaised Garden Beds\n– Assembling shed\n– Building garden beds (that will provide a shared harvest for the benefit of the neighbourhood!)\n– Installing wicking bed accessories\nFood Forest\n– Fitting piping into swale\n– Grooming the sand, gravel and mulch backfill\nPlanting\n– In all 4 areas: Raised Beds, Food Forest, Sensory Garden, and Rain Garden\nThis is a community-driven project, and your ideas, feedback, and support are always welcome. Sign up here if you can lend a hand!\n
