Nutrition with Mel (FREE for members)


Mel is a Holistic Nutritional Consultant and a long-time community member. She loves being in her kitchen, and is inviting you to join her to prepare some healthy and easy recipes to get you organized for the week! You will prepare a homemade taco seasoning, a delicious salad dressing, a vegetable tray and a simple nut-free snack that you can easily slip into school lunches or enjoy with an afternoon tea! Mel will share her knowledge and offer tips to promote optimal health, as you participate in this food journey! Recipes and grocery lists will be provided prior to the session.
