- Weekday Rates are from 6:00am Monday to 5:00pm Friday
- Weekend Rates are from 5:00pm Friday to end of day Sunday
- Minimum 2hr rentals
- Additional discount of 10% for CMCA members

Lloyd Hand Hall
Main Hall – 39×48′ (1872sqft)
- Includes the use of kitchen space, bathrooms
- Outdoor gazebo & spacious entryway
- Tables & chairs available
- Perfect for weddings, art shows, craft fairs, or large group activities
Weekday Rate: $60/hr
Weekend Rate: $80/hr
Commercial Kitchen
Located within Lloyd Hand Hall
- Includes use of 10-burner, double oven gas range, pizza oven, walk-in cooler & freezer, and two commercial dishwashers
- Cooking pots, cutting boards, and baking sheets (cannot be removed from our site)
- Ideal for catering food prep, canning/preserves, and small business food sales
Weekday Rate: $35/hr without hall rental
Weekend Rate: $55/hr – limited time slots available

Canterbury Hall
Upstairs Hall – 27×48′ (1300sqft)
- Includes bathrooms & spacious entryway
- Includes small prep kitchen (for reheating only)
- Tables & chairs available
- Perfect for birthdays, group meetings, trade fairs, karate
Weekday Rate: $50/hr
Weekend Rate: $70/hr
Boardroom
Lower Boardroom (approx. 500sqft)
- Includes counter area, sink, bathrooms, microwave, mini fridge
- Perfect for meetings, smaller group activities, book clubs, breakout sessions
Weekday Rate: $35/hr
Weekend Rate: $45/hr

- We have a variety of outdoor amenities covering almost 3 acres of land
- We have 2 boarded rinks, 1 pleasure rink, 4 basketball hoops, hockey & lacrosse nets, gaga ball pit, playground, outdoor firepit, picnic tables, crazy cart rentals, giant slip & slide, lots of natural landscaping for picnics & family gatherings.
